GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Very convenient. A truck picked up the car for repairs. Then when repairs were finished, a guy delivered it back to me. For a person that is always busy doing something, this was very nice. They stayed in contact with me via Text or Call during the entire time my car was being repaired. All I had to do was be home for the pick up, pay my deductible over the phone, and be home for the delivery after the car was repaired. I considered that EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! The car looks like new. If I ever have another problem, I will definitely be using them again. Star rating over a BILLION!!!

The new bumper was not installed tightly enough. There are gaps under the headlights in both sides where water can seep into the lights.

I was called by Classic Collision quickly after Progressive contacted them about my repair. She was very nice, friendly and helpful and arranged for Hertz to pick me up. Then I received regular updates about my car. My car was ready earlier than projected and the body shop worker was very courteous and explained everything to me. My car was beautifully restored and they even cleaned the inside so nicely. Great experience. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Classic Collison contacted me very quickly after my insurance company reached out to them. Maxine was very helpful in getting me in and trying to assist with the rental process. She was so pleasant and the process was so simple. When I changed my mind last minute on the rental and it was too late to call Hertz, she even called me first thing the next morning to make sure it was arranged. Just wonderful!

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. From the excellent customer service from Maxine that I explained on question 1 to the repair guy who handed me my key at the end - I was very pleased. When picking up everything was explained to me and the guy was very nice and listened to me. He took care of everything for me, even after the office people left for the day.
