Every company has employee turnover issues and the holidays complicated things but overall I'm glad State Farm recommended the company.

I am very satisfied with the work performed. I was a little disappointed to learn that an employee failed to order the parts and subsequently left the company, which put the repair time off schedule. However, the customer service afterwards more than made up for the delay.
