A special thank you to Mr. Shawn Sapp and Classic Collision Body Shop. I recently had my Truck repaired and painted at their facility after an accident, and I am incredibly impressed with the results. Mr. Sapp handled the entire process, from dealing with the insurance claim to explaining the repair details in simple terms. The bodyshop repair work on the right bumper was first-class; it looks brand new. The workmanship is outstanding; the paint color is a perfect match to the original, and the finish is smooth and flawless—it's impossible to tell where the damage ever was. Mr. Sapp kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the process in detail and providing a transparent, written estimate. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Most importantly, my truck was completed ahead of schedule. All the employees were very helpful from the time I entered the front door. Shawn is a very helpful representative. He called me from the time.My car was in the shop to the quick up.Repairs even helped forward it by a day to make sure to give it to me the same day he called to give me an estimate on the time my car would be done.
