The repairs of my car were done really well however, when we received our car back, we had a flat tire and then we had to go replace it, which ultimately cost us more money.

Before and after everything was handled professionally. Quality of work was exceptional. They cleaned the car up after it was repaired and it was never that clean before it was repaired..I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to anybody needing quality repairs

Lack of communication is a big issue. Called several times, left messages, no return call. Did not fasten the underside of the bumper to the car, so now have to get that replaced. The rear driver-side door handle doesn’t match the other handles. Took over a month to get fixed.

Again poor communication did not install items correctly and left all the securing pins out of the truck liner, which is now sticking out

Lack of communication Bumper installed incorrectly, areas under the headlights sticking out Under the car, the bumper wasn’t secured correctly, missing screws, and was damaged during the drive home The lining in the trunk was never secured back in place. The handle button does not match the rest of the car 100% would not recommend to anyone.

Being kept updated on progress, greeted by name when I arrived, treated as if I mattered. Not only was the car repaired but it was cleaned. Everyone from the front desk to the actual bodyworkers were so kind and caring. I never felt like I was just a number.

From start to finish everything was as expected or better than expected. From walking in the door with the fear of leaving my baby with somebody to greeting Sierra who made it better. She told me that the adjuster would be with me. We would talk about it and the rental car agency would be there to pick me up. She had already put in the phone call. Ashley kept me posted the entire time. And then Caitlin on the last day went over everything and made it smooth. Dropped off the rental. Picked up my car in the rain.. no concerns. The inside was vacuumed. The floor mats were washed. It was impressive. I would definitely use classic again.. however, I hope I don't need to.

The service is good, staff is friendly, car fixed very nice. Only downside is it took longer than I expected which I was told, the shop kept getting wrong parts.
