You guys were such a breath of fresh air compared to the company I was originally working with, such great communication, kind, helpful and I greatly appreciate getting my car to the closer location for me despite being short staffed you have no idea how helpful that was in the moment. The guy at the front desk on Kennedy is SO kind! And my car is so clean inside and out. Thanks!

Picked up my car today at 1:45pm as the repairs were completed. Car broke down and had a transmission fluid leak while picking up my child. Had to call classic collision repair who were really kind about the entire situation and provided a tow truck and offered to pick us up so we wouldn’t have to wait for a ride. The office staff was great however I am still concerned that my a 4 month old car purchased with only 50 miles in august is having issues after being repaired from an accident. I wonder if this vehicle should have been totaled out by Insurance. I’m hoping they can completely fix this issue but in a truly concerned.

The interior was dirty after repairs completed. Communication for updates were supreme.

In the walk through when the car was ready I noticed 3 things 1) side light was gapping from back 2) replaced blinker blinks at twice the rate of the other side 3) headlight cover next to quarter panel was not painted.
