This is the second time I have dealt with Classic Collision for repair and was hoping for a different outcome but both times have not been a positive experience.

When my vehicle was returned , I was told it was being cleaned, but received it it to the contrary. Passenger side floor had scraps of what msy have been attempts to clean driver side. A blue ear bud was in a cup holder, that did not belong to me which I assume is one of the workers, as well the right blinker is now blinking faster than when I brought the car in. Also, when I drove to my sister's apartment down the road and parked my car I then saw the splash shield was not secured and hanging. I was told to come back in the following week so that I could get a part more secure for the fender that was placed, but when I arrived I was told it had not arrived and that they would call me when it did. No call or text to advise not to come in that morning which was disappointing. It has been over a week and the repairs have still not been completed.
