I think Classic Collision is an excellent shop for getting vehicle cosmetic repairs. They provided superior customer service. The overall work on my car was quite remarkable. What was initially several dents and very bad scrapes on my car turned into a smooth, factory looking finish after they completed the work. I’m ecstatic.

I had several problems with this body repair shop. Poor communication, returning my car with new problems, and not calling me in a timely manner.

I was assured that my car would be fixed over the weekend but it ended up taking 15 days. Each time I called i got news of new problems from a missed email to parts being sent incomplete.
