Brandon was great to work with throughout the process. However, the bearded man who came out to take my payment never introduced himself and could have been more pleasant. I was also not told in advance that I would have to pay a 3% credit card fee.

Special Kudos to Lexi with the shop wide nickname of "Tesla Queen". She was very communicative through the process. Very patient with my questions - was my first accident and damage since I've been driving. The team did what seems to be excellent work! I will caveat that I haven't been able to really look over the car since the day we picked it up - weather has been terrible but so far so good on the repairs. Drives perfectly.

The only concern I have is I brought it in w 4 almost new tires and now the back passenger tire is leaking badly, had half the air in it after pickup

I had to drive down to Orlando service center for them to check the work your shop did on my roof glass. They told me you guys didn't even use the right screws and parts! No wonder the glass is bulging out. I'm now doubting you even replaced the roof glass on the other side.

I would be afraid of recommending this shop if I know that my vehicle is worst that when I took it in. The outside looks good and the mechanical part is a mess.

My vehicle electronic system is messed up. I have to take my vehicle back for evaluation and I hope that they are responsible and repair the problems that the vehicle have so to the crash. The insurance paid a considerate amount for repairs and the vehicle is worst.
