I would only recommend Alexia. (Liz was great too, but i talked more closely with Alexia). She needs a raise for how great she is!!!!! If she started her own shop I would take my car there. Her service and communication was exemplary.

I was very satisfied with the final result of the car and cannot recommend Alexia enough for all her help throughout this process. She is the best and deserves a promotion for all of her help. Otherwise, i would never bring my car back here because of the unclear communication on Classic Collision’s end. I dropped my car off on a Thursday, and was told I would hear by the end of the day or end of Friday. I did not hear back for a whole week, received no follow up and had to call myself. When i called they told me the estimator assigned to my case left, and that if the car was released to me it would be considered stealing. I had to wait 4 WEEKS without a rental car to get my car back. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would actively deter them. Your only shining light is Liz and Alexia. They are great.
