There was confusion during the transition from Buchholz Auto body to Classic Collision. However, as soon as our repair was assigned to our technician Randy Talley, things went very smoothly, despite a long wait for necessary parts to be supplied. Randy stayed in touch and went the extra mile to make sure that our repair was completed as soon as possible. He went above and beyond to make it convenient for our repair to happen on our schedule. I might not have recommended Classic Collision, however, after my experience with Randy, I would recommend it.
