Classic Collision provides customer service that is rare to find since 2020. This is my second time utilizing their repair shop. From the start the General Manager made certain I would have a good rental car while my car was in the shop and drove me to Enterprise personally! Stephanie at the front office was helpful in getting my paperwork to the insurance company as I did not have a printer available. Eileen is professional and managed my claim with no problems. She provided updates on the repair and was a pleasure to work with! Was closer to a 9, but when I went to use the wiper washer which was a part that was replaced due to damage, the techs had not filled or placed the cap back into the fluid reservoir. Trivial perhaps, but I would think that to be an item to address when replacing that system. Overall, the repairs seem to be quality at this point, one other note, they charged to aim the headlight that they replaced but it was aimed improperly, the first night driving with it I could not see anything on the right side of the car because the beam was almost focused on the front bumper.

When 3 managers clean my car after hours just to be sure it satisfies me, the customer, after a minor mistake of telling me a wrong pickup time. Sincere apologies came from all who were working that evening. That shows how much they truly care! A rarity these days!

The customer service was great and the job was great, but it took so long to get my car and it was hard to get updates on the progress. If the job was a little faster and my technician was more responsive, I would be highly likely to recommend this shop to anyone.

I had ask over the phone and in person and on every update phone call for my windshield washer fluid thing to get figured out as I was working in lake city and 2 days prior to the accident involving my front end my spayer part worked fine a few days after the accident I went to spray the windshield in muddy raining weather and it didn't spray . She never mentioned it to anyone and extra days went by and I finally got a call my jeep was done only to get there and sit in the lobby for hours for stuff to be finished and it still wasn't fixed I feel as if since she didn't remember to tell anyone she just didn't want to fool with updating paperwork and stated oh it's not covered under the accident even though the light in front of it had to be changed and the Radiator right beside it had to be changed ! Waiting to here back from my insurance claim person be cause I filed with them
