The shop did not take care of my vehicle was not honest about the repair process and sent my vehicle home incompletely repair and unsafe. The shop advised me I did not tell them what was damaged and repeatedly asked me to check on mechanical aspects of the vehicle they should have checked. I had to contact the shop many times to address my issues and ask for diagnosis and that related repairs be address to include not having my vehicle alignment after pushed back by front end accident which in turn broke my tie rods in the most immediate area my car sustained damage. The shop supposedly sent me car home before it was complete and they did not know it according to their GM who came in when I had to return the car after they sent myself and my child off in the unsafe and got vehicle. My car was experiencing gapping in the body and the shop advised me that is how jeeps are and did not address. The put my car pieces on the ground and in turned scratched up paint worse than the accident and did not repaint. Because the shop did not complete a thorough initial inspection and sent my car out the shop intial related repairs are being addressed through suit and appeals process a 6 day repair has turned into an unclear timeframe costing me my employment, anxiety, stress, over 2400 additional dollars in repairs and still with out a vehicle to drive for over a month now.
