Good evening Its always a challenge dealing with an unfamiliar business, damaged vehicle and insurance. This was not the case at all with the CC team from the front to the back, were professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. I especially appreciate the frequent notifications that kept me in the know about the repair time-line and prevented unnecessary consuming phone calls. During this crazy aftermath and ongoings from covid, it is reassuring and not often seen as the consumer to have peace of mind from a company and their professional teams. I would honestly tell someone if you have any kind of front end damage expect your car to be there for at least over 2 months minimum

they have an issue with communication with the customer, numerous times i had to call them to find out the status on the car instead of it being the other way around

Very poor QC. Paint didn’t match, panel gaps inconsistent. Service advisor must have missed when I told him to check it before he called me. Backup camera is missing the factory guides…just pretty shoddy work.
