Would have been a 1, but I believe it was (Jason) stepped in to have the crummy job one of the techs did fixed after I noticed how poorly some things were done to my vehicle when I picked it up. This after y'all had it for about 2 months for a job that I scheduled in advanced after an initial appraisal said it would just take a couple of days. I know there was some issues with the wrong parts coming and all that, but I still think that was unacceptable of how long it took. Still had to pay a couple hundred dollars of insurance as it just sat there not being used and I had to borrow several different cars from friends and family in the meantime, which was inconvenient.
