If it wasn't for Jordan at the end of it all, I wouldn't have known anything. Yall literally forgot my vehicle was in your lot for a month. Rob was less than helpful and the front desk had a permanent attitude problem. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Poor communication, and repair experience all around. My vehicle with 67k miles drives like a vehicle that has 300k miles on it. It has Loose steering, and wanders on the road because the necessary mechanical repairs weren’t done. I was told inaccurate information about the repairs over the phone to what I saw on the service invoice at pick up.
