The fifth Ave location was superior to the Gamble location. Jordon is responsible for my dissatisfaction. He didn’t call to update me two days after we turned it in to assess if there was more damage than than than the additional damage. When I spoke with him regarding the needed he said that there was additional damage. I also asked if you could replace the past running board. Turns out he didn’t have the parts including the running board which would be a cost to us. Two weeks he said it would be ready but he didn’t have the parts. His boss took over and got it done. And it was clean inside and outside! I would have rated you a 10 had it been done as I was told. I called several times and each time Jordon deceived me. I Ashley and Shawn were helpful. I wish I knew who it man who over the job! He was wonderful.

Everyone that works there is fantastic, they are all super friendly and understanding even with me calling and going with questions a bunch they were always happy to see me and help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone just off of that, but they also did amazing work on my Car, it looks better than before my accident honestly, 100% worth it! I could go on and on but they were simply great from customer service to the repair of my vehicle they went above and beyond
