You guys have great people, which one of the top essentials to a successful businesses. I have utilized your company, initially as Neil Tapp, for almost decade. Although I hate to see you since it means my vehicle was damaged, I love knowing the results will be great and the experience pleasant. Suggestion - yall have probably thought of this before, but you should have a pick up ceremony kind of thing with before and after pics including the owners in the pic when able. Then have it listed as a review on your website and on google. Big bow across the car hood with the owner smiling, picture go snap. Make a story out of the review with details of the accident, what happened, success of recovery, happy owner with newly fixed car. Sounds silly but makes a huge impression for others to see when considering who to choose. Thank you
