It's unfortunate, because this was one of the highest recommended repair shops in Chattanooga and I had a great experience before with them, but after this experience, I can't imagine i would choose them for future repairs, unless I get in writing a contractual guarantee of the timeliness of repairs.

The guy that works the front desk couldn't have sounded less interested in getting my car fixed. He always acted as if he had no idea what was going on with my car. He blamed the ownership change for problems. He said their systems were down. He never offered condolences or any viable reason for the extended repair time.
