The repair took a week longer than originally described. I didn't hear from a single human except to schedule repairs and pick up. Every other communication was a text message with minimal information. Apparently, more repairs than initially assessed were required. That's understandable, but no one took the time to call and advise, much less ask permission. While it's a small detail, the seat and radio were left in the position of the test driver's desire. The respectful thing to do would have been to return them to the original settings. It isn't their car to adjust and then leave it. That's just disrespectful. I've not had the car back long enough to assess the quality of workmanship, but on the surface it looks good.
