Super personalized service began as soon as I walked in the door for an insurance inspection. Matt arranged for an insurance sponsored car as well as a ride to pick up the car. Everything went very well with the repair, and the car came out perfect. The entire experience was professional and the service was excellent. I especially appreciated the team’s kindness when my 3 year old daughter accidentally left her teddy bear behind. They were kind enough to wait for us so we could come back and pick it up. That small gesture meant a lot to us and showed the level of care and professionalism of the staff. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair and the customer service.
