I am extremely happy with the repair classic collision has done with my car. The vehicle in fact looks quite newer than when I originally bought it from the used dealer. The only issue I have a slight concern about with is my air conditioning. My A/C does not seem to be cooling the car down like it did before the incident. It looks like only vent will blow cool air all the other vents blow semi-cool or warm air.

The paint job was good, but scratching my car and the white stains in several places means an incomplete job. They can do better than what they are doing now.

When my car was inside the repair shop got a scratch, like a bump with another car door or a tool. Also, the job fixing the door outside was perfect, but in the inside they left the door stained with a white liquid, meaning they did not finish the job on the door. They also left stains of the white liquid in the trunk, and the car was dirty outside with the white stains. Overall not good enough, they can do better.

It is very good they report the status of the repair frequently via calls and text. It is not good receiving a car with a scratch it did not have when the shop received. Furthermore, receiving the car with stains of a white liquid in several places means that the car was not inspected before calling the customer to pick it up. The car also was dirty outside, which was not when it was received at the shop. The shop should clean the car and fix anything the shop damaged.
