First of all your stuff is very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to you that’s going on and they’re in touch every step of the way. From start to finish, I even appreciate the fact that I was not able to go pick up my vehicle because of my son being ill doing this very cold weather, and they brought my wheelchair conversion vehicle to me. I really appreciate all you guys have done for me.

Repair looks fantastic; however, when I retrieved my vehicle there was items left in the back set (old rear window and chrome trim) from being replaced were on the back passenger seat.
