I was completely satisfied with all areas of communication that happened with the repairs of my car. Everybody at the desk was very friendly and helpful and reassuring. The mechanic was wonderful he helped and assisted with all repairs and did a wonderful job with his team thank you very much.

Yes absolutely. Your staff was really wonderful. I felt taken care of and the stress of everything that had occurred before hand went away. The young women i met at the front desk were friendly and caring and i felt at ease and relaxed. They answered any questions i had and were so understanding. Every person I interacted with was polite and helpful. When an issue did arise, they kept me up to date with the process and still returned the car almost a month earlier than estimated. The car looks like it was never in a crash.
