Since I informed them on the form prior to starting any work on my vehicle that I want to receive regular updates on the status of my vehicle….they NEVER did. Not one time. I dropped my car off at 8am.. my scheduled appointment… once 4pm arrived and I had not heard from them I decided to call.them. Once I called to inquire about the status of my car… I was transferred to a VM ….so I called back… I can not believe that happened to me after I requested regular update on the status no matter what it was…. Therefore not entirely satisfied with that process…
