No quality control on their work. Had to send my car back multiple times for them to fix it correctly annd it’s still not right the car needs to go back Also lied about fixing parts when they did not fix it and my car is covered in over spray. This is the worst body shop I have ever worked with

This is the second time entrusting my PriusC to Classic Collision. From the moment I spoke to Kristen to set up an appointment to the time Pedro assessed the damages and answered all my queries, I knew the staff/team continues to have its high customer service standards. And then, I had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Juan Diaz. He is a professional through and through. The updates regarding the various stages of the repair process made me feel well-taken care of. I appreciate the detailed work that every team member placed in my car. When I drove off the driveway I felt I had bought a new car.
