A decade ago, body shops often provided free loaner vehicles after an accident—I guess those days are gone. I’m not sure what the industry standard is now, but I have no complaints.

Everything was very easy and quick with the team. From the moment I dropped off my car until I picked it up, the lady at the counter and the adjuster were very friendly, the manager too. The work on the car was incredible; it looks like a brand new, very clean, very shiny. The polishing was amazing; that polisher really knows his stuff. I was impressed.
