The biggest issue I have with this shop is the communication and holding my car while waiting to receive approval which was not appropriate.

The front bumper does not align with the hood. I was Told they had to use off market parts, not Lexus which is likely why they don’t align. They are supposed to be working with the adjuster to resolve this. I have Not heard back. Was also not satisfied with the experience in picking up the car. They made me wait to pick it up until the approval was given by your appraiser. My understanding is from you that this is not protocol that they should’ve released the car once it was complete. They were very adamant about keeping it until that approval came. Meanwhile I felt like my car was being held hostage while this got resolved, which was three days after it was supposed to be. I went almost 4 weeks without my car and regret not renting a car which would’ve been covered in my policy.
