From the front desk to manager. No one knows what is going on. First bad sign was I bought me car in it as looked at and the front desk call me the next day and as if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and my car was THERE?

I was told my car was ready and I call . The woman say yes it ready. I took off and came up there and my car was not even touched it was in the same place I left it still in pieces. I ask what is going on and the manger did not know what was going on or the tech.

My windshield strip wasn't glued down like the Rep said he would have it done & upon arrival to pick my vehicle up my drivers side window was half way down while raining outside and my driver side seat was wet. Not to Happy but my bumper repairs were done very nicely.
