from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Yvonne, you know this is going to be a great experience, especially since you probably didnt want to be here in the first place. Then Greg come out to evaluate your car and he is extroudenly friendly and a very professional manager. The work is excellent and you know you will have great results. The outside appearance (the most important part) was not acceptable. The wrong part was installed below bumper AND IT WAS PAINTED THE WRONG COLOR (silver vs. white). They has an extra 12 days since I was out of town.

The lower bumper piece is the wrong style and color. You even had an extra two weeks to get it right.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. We worked with Ken at the beginning to get the estimate. He was very thorough and friendly. Yvonne handled our drop off and pick up. She went over everything with us and was very nice and kept me informed while my car was being worked on.
