Liz is great at the front desk - friendly, helpful, and patient with me. She explained the whole process and made sure that my rental was ready for me while they repaired my car. Preston was very communicative and made sure that I knew exactly where they were at in the process at all times. I apologize for forgetting the name of the gentleman who stayed late for me to pick my car up, but he was so friendly and made sure I was happy with the car. To top it all off, I was able to just leave the keys to my rental with them and drive away with my beautifully restored car.

Car was not cleaned trunk is full of dust from work and rear door too. Interior lights were not fixed or falling off. Tires were making lot of road sound, something is off with passenger side new tyre.
