I picked up my 2019 RAM 1500 on 7/31/25 at the end of the day and I had mentioned to you the paint that was dripping down my interior display screen and the plastic lining. You had told me to come back next week and you will get it taken care of as well as a free car wash, which I definitely appreciate. However, upon returning home, I examined the exterior a bit closer and I have found several concerning chips in the paint, scratches, dripping paint, unfinished paint area, etc. that were not there prior to me dropping off my truck. I will be glad to show you all of them when I bring the truck in. While I am overall pleased with how the repairs turned out, I respectfully request that these concerns are addressed as I care deeply for the quality and condition of my vehicle. I hope you can assist with this matter, and I appreciate your support.
