Amazing! 10 Kathy and Deborah were extremely helpful throughout the process. They answered all my questions from the timeline, insurance, and cost. I received communications throughout the process letting me know the status of my vehicle. Also, after picking up my car, I had a question and without hesitation, they told me to drop by and they took time to addressed my questions and concern.

I brought in my company van with CCI. But I was not impressed with the repairs done. for $10,000 worth of insurance money. You would think you would get better results. My driver door would not lock, my door panel is still not secured on the bottom and they forgot my driver side mirror. I came back for the door locking issue. They were very helpful. The gentleman that assisted me is very on top of things. I’m just not pleased with the work done. It’s my company van and my 2nd time losing my van for months because of a careless drivers so it is what it is but if this was my personal truck I would be calling and getting what i paid for… Whoever (worked) on my van should be disappointed in themselves for leaving it the way they did. Whatever you do do to the best of your abilities!
