Poor communication, too many delays and constantly shifting dates: took two weeks to replace a bumper! You should have gotten things reapproved before taking the vehicle.

car didn’t have tail lights…luckily Dan didn’t die or get a ticket…had to bring it back to them…noticed plastic pieces around the rear tires not even attached barely touched them and they popped out…I thought Advanded was supposed to be one of the best…the. noticed flaws in the paint job too…I just do not understand why you guys do not take pride in your work

Unable to repair the door dent. Recevied a message that vehicle was ready for pickup. When showed up vehicle was not yet ready. No payment received, still awaiting QC check. I was in and out within 2 hours. Overall I was pleased with the work and experience. Deborah was well aware of the fault and it was an automated message another coworker had triggered no fault of hers. Thanks. This is my 3 repair at this shop.
