Informed service writer that the car was ceramic coated by Gtechnique prior to drop off. Was told the repair was ceramic coated, but upon first rain, it was not. Had to drive to On Site Shine and drop off there to get this corrected.

Original repair had to be redone due to improper surface prep. Sent pics, still had to drive from Dawsonville to you so a tech could see it, get a later appointment, drive back home again to drive back to Classic again. Low quality repair, low customer experience. Will never choose CC for any work ever again. What once was a good company is no longer.
