I was initially given a completion date of 6/9, then 6/12, and finally 6/15, which I picked up today. However, when I pick the car up, the trim at the bottom of the door has a noticeable gap between it and the door (the driver’s side which was not damaged is flush all the way from front to back), the new trim around the passenger side rear tire is noticeable scratched, and the front wheel trim also has a gap. A service tech tried to fix the gap but couldn’t, he added something that made it more secure but the gap did not close. The lady that did the final walk around, when I pointed out the gap said” Yeah but it is secure”. That might be the case but the gap exist and looks like it is damaged. She is ordering new parts to fix the issues but my greater concern is only having two cars when we have three drivers The insurance company will not pay for another rental so that is another issue.

They did not complete the work in the timeframe given, the quality of the repair was poor so they have to redo some of the repairs, and they pushed back a little when I point out the poor quality of thier work but eventually agreed to redo the quality issues.

The repairs completed were done in poor quality. The sport flare on the bottom of the car doors and the right rear wheel had a noticeable gap, Inbaddition, one of the parts replaced was scratched. The side not damaged in the wreck, the sport flare is flush against the car with no gaps. When I pointed it out during the final walk through, I was told but it is secure. i did not relent and insisted that it be repaired to show no damage. Finally, the lady said they would need to order new parts to get it repaired properly. Also, the time frame had my car being finished on the 9th, then, I was told the 12tn, and finally picked it up on the 15th. So, after all this time my car is not fully repaired and I am still waiting. Please give me a call at 423-580-4313.

There were some issues getting parts because the vehicle is 10 years old. Every time there was an issue, it was communicated immediately. Also, because of payment issues, we were unable to pick up the car when it was finished. They were fine with that, and were exceedingly patient and easy to work with.
