I would give a 10 here as I have used multiple times in the past, but this last time I was not as satisfied as I used to be. Applications weren’t up to my standard and paint wasn’t repaired fully.

Overall pretty good. Normally I would give all 10’s, but this time around our door does not align the same as it used to with the spacing. Also, the front passenger headlight fixture wasn’t applied fully. Lastly, there was chipped paint on the hood that was not repaired that for sure was from the initial collision. I know there was a recent buy out/name change and unsure if the quality has gone down because of it.

Communication was inadequate and confusing, and have never had a car repaired that the interior was not cleaned. Also there is a chip in my windshield that was not there previously.
