I’m overall satisfied, had a couple of small things when I came to pick it up but the work seems to be done very well. Amber kept me informed, the tech that worked on it was clearly meticulous and cared. Adam and Michael talked through the pick up with me and ensured me this will all be taken care of and to bring it by if I have anything I notice in the future. The small items when it came time to pick up - The car was pretty dirty inside, the carpet and seats were dirty, the doors had smudges on them, and the interior console and door had dirt on them. The b pillar interior panel has a black greasy stain on it. The door plate was missing, the tech came out and reapplied it. The tires still had rashes on them from the wreck and Michael was able to get it off. The drivers side door ambient lighting wasn't working so the technician pulled off the door label to re connect it and that works now but I need to do the firmware update to clear the alert. Not a huge deal, just some “even better ifs”. I know you guys were really wanting to get me the vehicle back as soon as you could and I appreciate that!

The repair itself was great, ran largely on time and we were given all the necessary updates. Unfortunately, I discovered this morning that two of the hubcaps that had been replaced have since come off the driver's side wheels. I believe two others were placed in the trunk since the other side didn't have to be replaced, but I can't give a perfect score with that.

The completed repairs were perfect, but there is a dent on the passenger side (in front of the wheel). I would have appreciated it if this had been noticed and repaired while it was still there. I didn't point that out, but as a collision service, I would have liked the opportunity to approve this as well.
