The completed repairs were perfect, but there is a dent on the passenger side (in front of the wheel). I would have appreciated it if this had been noticed and repaired while it was still there. I didn't point that out, but as a collision service, I would have liked the opportunity to approve this as well.

Repairs took a little longer than expected, but it was not any fault of the body shop. They have an exceptional operation at classic collision. The communication was absolutely fantastic. Debra did an awesome job keeping me in the loop every step of the way throughout the repairs. I appreciate her and the team very much.

My complaints are minor. Overall, I feel Classic Collision did an admirable job. Hold your paint and finish guys to a higher standard!! They rushed it.

Body work was a 10 Paint was a 7 Noticeable orange peel Swirl marks from buffing that weren’t polished out. Not something that I can’t fix myself but it should’ve been done before delivery. I did appreciate the text communication to keep me updated on the progress. All in all, I would use Classic Collision in the future. No major complaints.
