I had a great experience with Classic Collision. Jacob, my estimator, was professional, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. My car was completed on time exactly as promised, which I really appreciated. There was one small hiccup when I picked up my vehicle; the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air like it had before. I brought the car back, and the team took care of it right away. They diagnosed the issue, reset the A/C system, and made sure everything was working properly before returning the car to me. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work and resolved the issue promptly without any hassle. Excellent customer service, quality repairs, and great communication from Jacob and the entire team. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs.
