Classic Collision was very communicative throughout the process.i appreciated the text updates. Overall, my car seems to look and operate as it did prior to the incident. Benjamin was very professional and personable, explaining the damage and timelines. I appreciate that he offered a free car detail after 30 days, to ensure the two marks on the side of the car near the back get buffed out, as I noted on checkout inspection of the car. I will be adding a review and referral on Google for Classic Collision.

The only I was not satisfied with was, the fact that now one bothered to call me to give me the repair estimate, or approximately how long ot would take to be completed. Until, I made the initial call. The second is the fact it was delayed 2 weeks based on parts issues. The communication could also have been a little better.
