I rarely write reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves one. I’ve now trusted them with my Jeep on two separate occasions—once in April and again in May—and both experiences were outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff made a lasting impression with how courteous, patient, and organized they were. They took the time to answer all of my questions, returned phone calls promptly, and kept me informed throughout the repair process with regular text and phone updates. What I appreciated most was their communication. They never assumed or moved forward without first reaching out to explain what they found, discuss my options, and make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence and made the entire process feel stress-free. The quality of the repairs was excellent, but the customer service is what truly sets this shop apart. They treated me with respect, communicated consistently, and made what could have been a frustrating insurance repair process incredibly smooth. Bumper should have been replaced instead on using bondo and sanding it down . The body lines are not consistent with the other side of the bumper, you can see the inconsistencies from every angle. I was given a 1-2 day turn around when I dropped the car off, called back three days later spoke with Oscar and he said that he was going to call me that night or the morning after. Did not receive a phone call on the final estimate until the following Monday 6 days later. Honestly poor job over all. $3800 for a dented bumper and got back something that looks like it was painted over. It even seems that the bumper was not painted in a clean area, you can feel the debris speckles under the paint. I would love to show you in person if you’d like.
