My mechanic was Francisco, very competent and reliable. He gave me updates of my vehicles very thorough, fast, quick and reliable and honest. My husband and I dropped my car on the first day for an estimate and the secretary was very helpful and very assuring . Manager Francisco , Pablo and the entire crew are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work. Unlike some other local repair shops , they do not order cheaper Replacement parts from Japan, but allow you to replace needed parts with parts from your car’s manufacturer. (I did pay a small amount for the part I wanted for my repair, but it is well worth it to have the genuine part. ). Francisco stays in very good communication t/o entire repair period! I am very pleased with the repair of my 2018 Subaru Forester!!

Manager Francisco and associate, Pablo, Are very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The repair job on my 2018 Subaru Forester was very well done. Francisco agreed with me to order Subaru Manufactured Parts for repair of my car, (instead of the cheaper Japanese-made Parts offered by other body shops. Of course., I paid a little extra for the parts., But definitely worth any extra expense. This is my second time with Classic Collision and they will always be my shop of choice!! Many thanks , Francisco and all the great staff and employees !!!

After someone messes up my rear bumper while I was parked. My boys told me about Classic Collision. I called and made an appointment. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and made it easy to get an estimate. I was concerned about damage behind the bumper. The estimator said the would remove the bumper and check for damage. So I dropped my car off in the morning. Within a few minutes I received a text thanking for choosing Classic Collision, and told me that they will give me daily updates on the repair progress. When I picked up my car it looked like it was a new car. They gave it an almost detailed style bath. I thanked both of my sons for sending me to this repair shop. I would recommend anyone to this gem.
