Really can't complain, in my opinion, it's just a busy shop but they accomodate everyone as soon as they can and I appreciate that. They are all clearly working hard to make sure each client is helped out, from the office staff helping stressed people manage insurance and rentals, to the actual mechanics who made my repair look amazing!

From the very first intro call to having someone on his team pick me up from Hertz rental and bring me to the shop to pick up my car when it was ready, Pablo's customer service was amazing and incredibly appreciated! I can not find any fault with the work done in fixing the dents or in the repainting. Even the inside of the gas filler door was refinished like new. I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to my friends.

I chose this shop as it was my favorite one from the past. Unfortunately this time there was an unnecessary delay and no contact from the shop till I got involved. There was an issue with my insurance covering the cost, but neither my insurance nor a shop rep has made attempts to reach out and the repair was delayed. Shop owner did get involved in the end and am very appreciative of his help. The quality of the repair, however, is all i could wish for. My vehicle looks brand new. Thank you.

I had some front fender and bumper damage, and now my car looks brand new! The whole team was super professional and kept me in the loop the entire time, which I really appreciated. Andre’s especially did an awesome job—super easy to work with and made sure everything turned out great. If you ever need body work done, I definitely recommend this place.
