I don’t know why I’m receiving this review when my car hasn’t even begun to have work done it. I was told the part is still being searched for. I called the office and inform you of this and was told I’d get a call back. Not sure why I’m getting this request for a review.

Hello, I would have to say that I am satisfied overall with the work done on my car with the exception of the length it took to release the vehicle. I know it was mostly delay caused by the insurance company, but regardless, I think my vehicle should’ve been released sooner and let Classic Collision deal with the insurance company separately. Also, I was very surprised to see you that the hood on my car, which had nothing to do with the accident was buffed, roughly with a buffer, leaving a lot of swirl marks. Not too happy about that!

I have had my car repaired at your shop previously. I was very pleased with that experience. There was much more damage to the car this time. However, this time it seemed to take forever, 4/25 to 6/11. Not all delays were due to Classic. All the employees were professional.

I think there were reasons why the repair took so long that I did not understand. Why did you need to call someone else to program the sensors and how many sensors needed repair.

Everyone was respectful and did all they could I think. I appreciated the little extras like filling my gas tank. I was worn out waiting for my car but happy with the results.

Amazing service from Mario at Classic Collision!!! I’m pleased with my experience at Classic Collision. Mario was very helpful when the insurance company was giving me a very hard time. Mario communicated with me every step of the way and advocated for me. When I received my vehicle it looked brand new (just like the day I got it out of the dealership!)
