From the moment I dropped off my keys, he communicated clearly, kept me updated on the progress, and even delivered the vehicle sooner than expected. Other than an issue that came up after they initially said my car was ready, I was very satisfied. Turned out was really not their fault and they took care of the issue immediately. My car was ready later that same day and they waited for me after hours so I could turn in the rental and got a ride from Enterprise to classic Collision.
