I have to say I’m generally a pretty skeptical person to the point that even though from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted very friendly and they were very accommodating. I met several members of the staff and each one of them were the friendliest professionals I’ve met in a long time. Bonus, I had two claims for my car and they were more than happy to fix both for me in the same time frame. I have to mention I have a very hectic life and with all my calls and questions, I was always reassured they would take care of my car.Never did I ever feel like I was a burden and that goes a long way these days. A nice feature they have is text alerts that inform you of your timeline and what step of the process your vehicle is in. I’m happy to say my vehicle was actually ready earlier than expected and when I tell you I was very surprised and happy to see what a great job they did! I’m telling you my car looked new. I think they even buffed out the areas they didn’t have to fix. Needless to say I will recommend Classic Collision to any and everyone. Excellent work and excellent customer service with a smile! If I could I’d give them more stars! Thank you Classic Collision for making my car look new again not 8 years old!

Whoopsey:D I didn’t realize there was a separate survey for customer service. None the less I don’t mind praising them again. They were absolutely pleasant to work with extremely friendly always smiling and accommodating. They went over all my paperwork in case I had any questions and we’re happy to accommodate my two in one transaction. The complete staff was awesome. Like I’d rather hang out with them than go to work but bills gotta get paid.
