Pablo was absolutely amazing. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one with me. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was broken and needed fixed. The job was done quickly and the work looks beautiful. His customer service truly is above and beyond. The front desk staff were also friendly and efficient. They got me checked in and out quickly, while also thoroughly reviewing everything for me.

I can not begin to express how wonderful everyone at Classic Collision has been. In a freak accident, I had a garage door fall down on top of my car, leaving several large dents and scratches on the roof. I contacted my insurance, and they sent me a different repair shop. After promising to make the repairs and setting an appointment for several weeks out, they backed out of the deal the day of drop off. I was left scrambling for help, as I had specifically taken off time to deal with my car issue. I called Classic Collison and they told me I could bring my car in that same day and they would see what they could do to help. They were able to look at my car and agree to make repairs all within an hour. They even called out their painter to make sure that they could do the repairs and that it would look the way it should. By the time I was leaving the shop (which has a nicely clean and decorated lobby with comfortable seating and free refrigerated bottles of water), they were already in contact with the insurance and had set the ball rolling. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially considering how stressed out I was that day. Once I dropped it off, they kept me updated at every turn. I was given an estimated date of repair (which they beat!) and got texted updates as they went, getting a new update every few days about the progress. They even went out of their way to make sure I knew about the quote to repair and helped explain the deductible and insurance process. Once the car was ready, they made sure to check in with me about my rental and make sure I was all squared away and did not incur any unnecessary charges. When I went to pick up my car, I was speechless. The car literally looks brand new! You would never even have known that there had been something wrong with it; somehow, it even smelled like new car! They literally replaced the entire roof of my car and painted the back panels, and it is a perfect match with the rest of the car. Literally perfect! I can not say enough about their staff and their services. I would highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing their services. They were truly fantastic, and I'm so glad I trusted them with my car repairs. Thank you Classic Collision!

If my friends or family ever found themselves in a situation where they need car repairs, I would absolutely recommend Classic Collision. In fact, I actually live in Palm Springs, not San Diego where we had the repairs done, and if I needed repairs again I would actually bring my car the extra 100 miles in order to have the repairs done by Classic Collision.

Everyone was fantastic. The lobby staff are kind and patient. They greet you as you walk in and are attentive to your needs. Repair staff kept in constant contact about the progress of my vehicle and answered any questions I had. They even called over the painter, before agreeing to repairs, just to make sure that they could deliver on their promise. Integrity! Staff took extra care to make sure I was informed about the process not only with repairs, but with the insurance company, and did not incur any additional charges. I work in customer service and I would absolutely hire any of the staff that I interacted with. All were respectful, honest, communicative, and kind.
