When Rosalyn Hilliard brought out the finished repaired Fiesta, I immediately saw that the metal rocker panel beneath the driver’s door had an obvious gap in the metal pieces that shouldn’t be there. She brought it back to the shop while I waited. After a a fairly long wait, she brought it back out. The metal gap was fixed but I saw white overspray that was obvious in the wheel wells. Once again, she took it back to the shop and corrected the problem. She brought it out and I noticed that there was white overspray in the gas filler compartment behind the door. She cleaned it out with paint thinner as I watched. Finally, it was finished! I don’t think that was a professional job. The gaffes should have been resolved without my constant oversight and direction!
