The text updates stopped. I had to call in on a daily basis for updates. The finish date kept moving out. I understand that things happen. It would have been nice to get the update. The repair done to the car was good, however there are chips in the hood paint that were not there when I dropped it off. I was told by the service manager she was going to talk to the store manager and paint team to see what could be done ASAP. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back!

They had to take my car back to the back and re-buff the scratch that was on there from the beginning it should’ve been done right the first time and I shouldn’t I had to wait for it to go to the back and get done

Not done right the first time. Even with a second chance still didn't get it right. Seems like they are sacrificing quality to get cars done quickly.

Cosemetic repairs seem to have been done right, however important functional vehicle repairs were not. I had to bring my car back twice so far and will be bringing it back a third because repairs wasn't done right the first time. I Had to wait a week to bring it back however the first time I brought it back, the steering wheel was not aligned, wheel shaking and there was scratches all over the new windshield. Brought it back and an alignment was performed and the windshield couldn't be fixed. Now I have to wait for geicos approval for an OEM windshield. I understand the windshield situation was missed because the scratches could only been seen when driving into the sunrise or sunset or at night. So a few days go by and I called back to let them know that the steering wheel was shaking a lot. Had to wait almost a week while driving a car with a shaky wheel and steering wheel for me to bring it back. The wheels were then balanced and rotated. After driving it for another week, it was pretty obvious the alignment was still not correct. When the steering wheel is completely straight it veers to the right quickly. Now I have to bring it back again to replace the windshield and fix the alignment. Everything (except the windshield) should have been done correctly the first time.
