I made a comment previously about my repair and it wasn’t positive. I’m now changing my opinion about this professional personal. They fix everything on time and very professional, someone took my spare tire and some other things that where in my car trunk. But they already replaced it with new ones. I’ll not recommend it to a relative or a friend. Someone stole the spare tire from my car and left the car jack out loose out of his package, also they not only took the spare but the key to remove or replace the rims off the car. So mad that they let anyone get their hand on someone else belonging. The repair was at the front of the car they didn’t have anything to do in the trunk.now they told me that nobody knows anything. Definitely not recommend.

Roslyn was amazing throughout the whole process. There was even an issue after pick up that she had us bring it back and she had fixed right away. We are very happy with her customer service and follow up through out the whole process. When I came to pick up the vehicle after paying my deductible the girls at the front never let Roslyn know I was there. I had to text her asking if she knew I was there and she said she was not informed. So that would be my only constructive feedback.

Very easy process, very kind staff, and honest. I left a $20 bill in my car by accident and they notified/kept it safe for me. Only reason it's not 10/10 is because car took an extra 3 days longer than projected, and the phone notifications were spotty. They were always very polite and even handled rental return to make it a seamless process.

A door won't open. the brake light sticks out about 1 quarter of an inch. it was supposed to take 2 weeks to complete job it went to three weeks and then four weeks. The pair job looks amazing.
